Reflection: Narcissistic abuse leaves invisible wounds. God is near you right now — healing, restoring,
and rebuilding areas torn down by manipulation or control.
Prayer: God, heal the wounds that others don’t see. Break every tie to emotional manipulation and
restore my heart to full strength. Amen.
Action Step: Identify one lie someone made you believe. Replace it with God’s truth.
