Scripture: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine.” – Isaiah 43:1
Reflection: Pain tries to tell you who you are. Today you reclaim your identity as God’s son — strong,
chosen, and protected.
Prayer: Lord, help me see myself the way You see me. Restore my confidence and remind me of my
worth in You. Amen.
Action Step: Speak this aloud: “I am God’s. I am strong. I am not defined by past wounds.
